The Church Lady's Birthday

Yesterday was Kelly's 41st Birthday, hope she don't mind me telling her age. Boy, it makes me feel old, being her Mom and everything! Anyway, we had a little family celebration at my house last night, just pizza, ice cream and cupcakes. It was also a farewell for Jer and I, since we are leaving for the winter. We gave our hugs and kisses and I put on a happy face, its hard to leave them for 3 months. It's kind of a bitter sweet feeling. On one hand I am glad to be getting away from this cold weather and on the other, I know I am going to miss them soooooooo much! This is one time that I hope the time goes by fast. We will be busy with the kids and grand kids down south and I am really looking forward to seeing them. So happy we have family there. You will be seeing them on my blog real soon.

Thanks for the birthday party mom! It was very nice to spend the evening with you before your journey South.
