Well we arrived here in Brunswick Ga. safe and sound. At 5:45am on Sunday morning, we left a cold 25 degrees in Hanover Pa. and arrived 4:45 pm to 62 degrees and sunny in exactly 11 hours. The drive is rather boring, but we make a lot of pee and stretch stops so that helps break it up. What a difference a day makes, we are settled in, unpacked, groceries bought, cable, phone and internet up and running, we waste no time! Today was absolutely beautiful, 66 degrees and sunny, I just heard freezing rain for Hanover tonite! Yikes, we got out just in time.

Yep, you got out of town in the nick of time. It started freezing rain around 3:30 today. Send some of that warm weather our way.
Wow! It must be the blogging hour! I am so glad you made it to your "second" home safely. Enjoy the warm weather....
Ahhh...warmth...as I listen to the tapping of freezing rain on the roof! Can't wait to get together again soon!
I love winter - in the South!
Enjoy your "snow birding" time Janis. You all must have the settling in down to a science--good for you and now the fun can begin.
Happy Thanksgiving. P.S. You can get away with short pants unlike we northerners.
