Very quaint, and a bonus of two fences.... and a train ride.Dave
I'll bet this train ride was slow enough so that you could really get some good shots--like this one--of the countryside. Nice to have someone else do the "driving"!
We love Steam trains, haven't ridden one in awhile. There's always great scenery and a different view of life. You got a great shot.
What a coincidence, I took mine near our steam railway too. Super fence!
There's a lot of mystery in the photo, like where are the tracks and what's in the field behind the split rail fence? Thanks for sharing.
I love taking those scenic railroad tours! :)
Looks like you had a very picturesque train ride. I love a split rail fence.
What a lovely fall scene complete with RR crossing sign and a fence of course, of course. Thanks for hosting FF Jan. Hope you and Jer are well n happy :)

So simple but such a pleasant shot.
nice to see it is still green. Gorgeous fences. :)
You always share some of the neatest fence sights. This is great with the crossing sign.
Great image with a beautiful fence :) Hanne Bente
What a picturesque crossing.
For months I've watched this fence built next to my house.
