Gettysburg has some of the best barns! Like the effect you used!

Very nice. The Gettysburg area is a gold mine for beautiful farm buildings. I find it interesting that my European readers are amazed at the number of decaying barns we have here.

Love the effect you used on this awesome barn. I actually found an interesting barn over the weekend. I haven't posted it yet, I want to try a texture. It is a barn I always liked as a kid, but now it is falling down.

This looks like a real working barn, doesn't it? And then you worked your artist's magic with the texturing! On my list of tricks to learn. Saw some good examples at Elderberry Street blog as well recently.

BTW, aren't you a fan of Pioneer Woman? Think I saw that she's getting a new show on Food Network?

A fine barn and barnyard image today. The silos add to the interest in this place. Well done.

Oh WoW! Check that out - the stone foundation, my fave, & that fence, plus that beautiful barn, but is that a chunk blown out of the side? What happened?

Thanks for joining, Jan & can't wait to find out how that happened... =0
