Barn Charm ~ # 113

I was going to post this shot in Black n White because it's a very old barn...but the sky was so gorgeous I had to leave it be!   Jer n I went for a drive through the country roads around Taneytown Md. just 20 miles from our home in Hanover Pa. It was a treasure trove of old quaint barns!

Since we're into that season of hot and hazy skies good to not pass up on the blue ones when they come. This barn looks like it still sees some work. It would have been good for B & W, ah well, another time.

Very nice old barn and it appears to have multiple levels, too. Bonus for the silo!

The skies were gorgeous yesterday. I snapped a few pictures too. The barn certainly has a lot of character.

Beautiful barn and photo! I'm glad you left it in color--the blue sky, the green foliage, the red dirt, all against the faded gray of the barn. Outstanding!
