It's Official

Spring has sprung....seems very early for most of us. At least 2 to 4 weeks in some areas! Just pray we dont get a cold spell to ruin all the blooms!

Love your photo this week. This is not a plant that I am familiar with. See by another response that it is a bottle brush. Certainly, an appropriate name. Looks just like the one laying on my kitchen sink.

This is a beautiful photograph! What a wonderful flower! We had 70's and 80s last week and then Sunday and Monday cold and rain...culminating in some snow in the area! :-) I covered my plants and held my breath for today's sunshine!

Beautiful shot, Janis.
The Bottle Brush blossom is the neatest flower I had ever seen when we moved to Florida.. so we planted one in our back yard when we built our house.
cheers :)

Beautiful bottlebrush! It is so nice if some cold winds or temperatures can be conveyed to other parts of the world and vice-versa, as we have the hot and very dry climate now. And i pity most the plants because the soils are already cracking.

What a beautiful red bottle brush! It's interesting watching my blogger friends images change from white to colour.

Every day I say a little prayer that we don't get a freeze...it would be awful after all the warm weather we have had.

Everything is in bloom around here. My roses are even coming to life. We've been having summer-like weather until I woke up this morning. It's chilly, but hopefully it won't get any colder. This is a beautiful shot for Ruby Tuesday!
