This is  an old dairy farm still in operation here in S.Central Pa.

I got a kick out of this sign! I also had fun editing both shots in Picnik!

Hmmm....wonder if I could put up a sign like that and get some gullible people to clean my barns out for me! I love that first shot. Very nostalgic feel to it.

love the sign and that barn. brought back a memory of our deceased dog Max. hubby is from PA and had always used the dried manure on plants. we moved in this house in 1989 and he planted bushes and got the bright idea of buying dried manure. he carefully spread it all around the new bushes and Max our great big dog who loved all things STINKY decided to roll over and over in it and soak up as much STINK as he could. that was the last time for manure. also hubby once planted fish guts around a plant, same story same dog same stink only worse

Sooooo cute sign!!!

Nice to see well kept barns.

But then, the nearly-falling-down ones have their sad charm, too. :-)

Dairy barns are not common in Northeast Ohio! Cool to see. I was expecting tomatoes when I saw "sub dried" too. Don't want what they're selling on my pasta!

HA HA HA HA HA ... well sun - dried is how we did it growing up too. Unfortunately when you stepped on that sun dried pie, it would occasionally slip out under your foot because it was still gooey underneath. (:
