At least all these April showers did bring lots of flowers!!! All 9 inches of it!!! The rainiest April on record, here in my neck of the woods! The farmers are 3 weeks behind in planting their crops. The grounds are just too wet. The forcast for next week is calling for more rain n cool temps!!! I have my vegetable plants ready to go in the ground...but I am waiting until the second week in May! We got a light frost last night and I want to make sure all frost warnings are out of here! Looks like May is coming in wet n cold!!! :(

Especially love your first two tulip shots, Janis. Around here everyone is just wild to get things planted for Derby but need to hold off. Still cold and wet. Enjoy your first week in May.
the shot between the tulips was neat. that pansy is GORGEOUS!
I guess wet and cold's not too bad considering the options -- the scary stuff that's going on some places in the country right now.
I hope your beautiful tulips survive~
So different here, dryer and peas, broad beans, strawberries and rhubarb are well advanced. April has been warm and sunny.
Your photography amazes me, Jan.. the flower shots are absolutely stunning.
Its easy to see that you and your camera have a wonderful love affair.. shh, I won't tell Jer.
Sending warm sunshine your way.

Certainly looks like spring. These are some real beauties.
I think many of us have had record rainfallthis year.
WOW, look at all those beautiful colors. Makes waiting for Spring all worth it. It's amazing how many colors Tulips come in.
Sunny here today, but cold, and more rain coming. I am so sick of it! We had frost this morning too.
Have a great rest of the weekend.
