There is Hope

Today it was 76 degrees and sunny.  What a glorious day!! After the cold grey winter we had, today was a welcome change and a real treat!!!
Old Mr Robin was just hanging out soaking up the sun!

The tulips in my front flower beds are popping out of the ground and reaching for the sky!

The dogwood tree is bursting with buds!

And God is telling us to hold on and keep the Faith! I know the cold is still hanging out in the corners and will be  back for  a while longer, but on a day like today, it gives us hope for good things to come!

We topped 80 degrees here today so we're going to be heading towards summer soon here in Texas. :)

Oh yes there is always hope and if you look at blogs of those just south of you; you will see what is coming your way. We've already had trees bloom and the flowers blow away leaving the bright green spring leaves. I even have the first of my rose buds. Spring is such a delightful time of the year welcome to it and ENJOY

We had a warm 81 degrees yesterday. It was so nice and great to be outside. I am seeing signs of the trees budding and daffodils poking out.

Thanks for all your kind words Jan. Gary is doing nicely.
Spring has forgotten us at the moment, although teasing at the same time with Robins, Canada geese, and even the Turkey Vultures are here.No greenery yet.

Don't you just love the first signs of Spring. We tied record high today, it got up to 89. Cool front coming low to mid-70's next week. Now that's my kind of weather.

And now we're in for a cold wet week. Oh well. We need those showers to bring out the flowers! Spring is here!!!

I'm holding on. We did have a teasing taste of Spring, but now it's back to reality for at least a while.
Good to see the blue sky and the Robins.
Take care.

I saw a robin yesterday morning -- it had its wings at a strange angle.

I realized that it was drying them in the morning sun!
