Churches of St Simons Island Ga.

I love to go over on St Simon's Island and explore. One thing I love to see is the many churches they have. These are just a few of many. Each one has its own unique architecture. This is a more modern Presbyterian Church
John Wesley founded this Methodist church in the early 1800's

This photo is a continuation of my wordless wed. photo...below is the history of this very old beautiful church.

I just love old churches. They have so much character. If only the walls of these churches could talk. I am sure they hold many stories.

Have ya'll seen the smallest church in america? I think it is. We went by it on our way back when we at the beach house last year. It's not that far from the interstate if ya'll are interested on ya'lls trip back home.

The island churches are beautiful. It's interesting to see the different architecture for each one.

Being Methodist, I'm intrigued by the John Wesley church. Can I just say the Episcopalians always have the prettiest churches.
