Janis, that looks like a hydrangea. I have one that flowers like that sometimes. I like to know why the blossoms change.
I have no idea, but it certainly is beautiful.
John- The blossoms change according the acidity of the soil for a hydrangea.
That's pretty although I can't identify it.

Thank you Nine Acres. And now I know.I have a large awning that partly hangs over my hydrangeas. I thought that caused the change.
