Who knows What day this is?

Did anyone say Spring? That's right its the first day of Spring or the Vernal Equinox.

This season arrives during different parts of the year in the North and South of the world. Places, which are situated in the north experience the spring season from March to May while in the southern part of the world, September to November is the springtime. Vernal Equinox indicates the arrival of spring season while the Summer Solstice announces its departure.
Good Bye to Old man winter, although March and April can be pretty fickle as far as the weather goes. Just want it to be warm.

I am with you, my friend. Farewell Winter, don't let the door hit you (you know where), and bring on that fresh Spring air! Although as you said, anything goes around here in March and April...shorts one day and winter coats the next. Come on, spring!

The only thing I do not like about Spring is my dilema on what to wear?!? It is that in-between season where you could wear capris one day and then jeans and a sweater the next.

Happy Spring!

Janis, your picture of daffodils says it all. Spring is here! In Virginia I look forward to T shirts and shorts in May. Thanks.

What does beware of the eyes of March mean?

I love the spring. Flowers blooming, birds singing, picnics at the park. But speaking of cold one day hot the next. I remember it snowing in the south one year on April 1st. So we never know.
