Friday's Fences ~ # 95

   Sometimes I wonder why rust gives things a certain charm.  Is it the color or the texture???  What do you       think????

    I think it's the colour AND the texture, :)) For sure, I like to photograph rusty things.

    Oh, Jan, love this...I really have a soft spot for this type of fence. I think it is the rust that appeals to me.

    I like the color and the texture of the rust. It provides a nice contrast with the greenery. Agreeing with TexWisGirl, not on my car, though!

    I reckon it is the colour which adds charm. I have a rusty wheel which my hubby wants to paint, but I want to leave it as is.

    I didn't get a fence posted this week, but sure do like yours. Great color. I agree the rust certainly adds something to a photo. Not only is it the texture, but it speaks to the passage of time.
