Bam! Bam! Bam! These shots are so exciting. I've been waiting for blog/facebook friends to post some firework pics and yours are the first I've seen. So it's fast speed that you need? I got some rather anemic ones just using the "fireworks" setting. Nothing like this. Always get such good ideas from you, Janis.
Great shots. the trick to getting great shots is fast shutter speed, the right ISO setting and most importantly a tripod to prevent any movement. The third one is really pretty.
Nice shots of the fireworks! I know it's not easy to get ones like these.
